PLAN YOUR PROJECT
Start with the problem.
Find a clearer scope.
You don’t need to know what to build. Tell us what’s getting in the way; we’ll ask a few questions before suggesting a scope and planning estimate. Development uses RM300 per developer-day.

Reviewing your requirements…
What problem are you trying to solve?
Describe what happens today and what you would like to improve. If you already have a project in mind, describe that instead.
Prepare a short consultation brief about the problem. You can copy or download it to share with BYMTECH; this site does not send it automatically.
CLARIFY THE SCOPE
A few details that change the estimate.
REVIEW THE PROPOSED SCOPE
Does this match what you need?
Effort is for one developer, in half-day increments. Include discovery, testing, documentation, and deployment once. Changes here are your planning assumptions.
Hosting & support
Compare an initial resource profile. Capacity and recovery needs must be validated against your application and representative data.
Editable assumption, not a live exchange rate.
Total retained snapshot data, not just disk size.
Planning allowance for either provider; confirm the actual backup plan.
Add known database, email, storage, or AI usage budgets.
Provider prices checked 23 September 2026; confirm region and plan availability before purchase. Listed VMs need administration. vCPU counts are not performance benchmarks. Backup options have different recovery intervals. Taxes, transfer overages, domains, and unbudgeted services are excluded.
Allow time for maintenance, backup checks, and minor issue investigation. A day means up to 8 working hours. Response times, included work, and excess effort need agreement; this is not an unlimited service or a 24/7 support commitment. New features are scoped separately.
